Cooperation Protocol Signed Between Tarsus University and RUSMER

A protocol was signed between Tarsus University and the Russian Language and Culture Centre (RUSMER) to develop academic cooperation. Under the protocol signed by Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Özen and RUSMER Director Dr. Liudmila Nosova Kural, Tarsus University will host TORFL (Test of Russian as a Foreign Language) examinations. Furthermore, the protocol aims to strengthen cooperation in the field of Russian language education and teaching, as well as to organise joint academic and cultural events.
